What is Xtreme Wash Pass?

Xtreme Wash Pass is a monthly car wash plan that gives you unlimited monthly car washes (up to once per day) at a discounted monthly fee. Choose the right plan for yourself. For your convenience, your credit card will be charged monthly on your registration day. The more you clean, the more money you save.

How do I pay for Xtreme Wash Pass Monthly UNLIMITED Wash Club?

You can use a credit or debit card. The same credit or debit card you used when you first registered for your Xtreme Wash will be billed every 30 days from the date of your initial registration until you cancel.

Do I need a Windshield sticker, special app on the phone, or any kind of plastic card?

We made it convenient. No need for windshield stickers, apps or special cards. Your license plate is your Xtreme Wash Pass number.
We use license plate recognition software to identify you as a Xtreme Wash member when you arrive at the car wash.The door will automatically
open and you will drive into the main washing area.

Why do we use license plate recognition (LPR) instead of the typical windshield sticker?

We have made this as easy as possible. With LPR, no one has to force their car to get a windshield sticker. This is also way more reliable.

How often can I wash my vehicle?

You can get your vehicle washed once a day, for 7 days a week! The more you wash, the more you save!

Where can I use my Xtreme Wash Pass UNLIMITED Wash Club plan?

Your unlimited Xtreme Wash Pass program works during business hours at Xtreme Wash location.

How will I get my Xtreme Wash Pass?

We made it simple. When you purchase your unlimited monthly Xtreme Wash Pass online, your plan is immediately activated in our system.
When you approach the car wash entrance, our license plate recognition software automatically recognizes your car and opens the door.
Your license plates work just like your Xtreme Wash Pass.

For how many vehicles is my Xtreme Wash Pass good for?

Your Xtreme Wash Pass is valid for one vehicle only. Each vehicle must have its own Xtreme Wash Pass.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Cancel at least 7 days before your original monthly registration date.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund after cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the day before your next bill date.

If I update my credit card, change my license plate, or cancel my plan, what notification will I receive?
